This one-pager summarises UNFPA The Gambia's support to the government of The Gambia's National COVID-19 Preparedness and Response Plan, which is based on three strategic interventions:

• Ensure continuity of sexual and reproductive health services
• Addressing Gender Based Violence and providing Mental Health and Psychosocial Support
• Support women and young people live dignified lives

These interventions are hinged upon the accelerators identified in the UNFPA Global COVID-19 Response Plan and will be driven by the Country Office's participation and contribution to the government’s COVID-19 response through the following committees:

• Risk Communication and Community Engagement
• Case Management
• Infection Prevention & Control
• Logistics
• Surveillance and Contact Tracing
• MHPSS and GBV
