The Programme Manager, Peace Building Fund (PBF) Program post is located in the UNFPA Country Office, Banjul, Gambia. Under overall guidance and supervision of the Representative and direct supervision of the Assistant Representative, the Programme Manager, PBF program provides strategic oversight and management coordination for the various UNFPA projects in the context of the Peace Building Fund in the Gambia.
S/He is also responsible for managing and advancing strategic partnerships with relevant actors around the PBF program. The Programme Manager identifies country needs and strategies PBF program implementation and advisory for decision-making, using an evidence-based approach and results-based management practices.
